Die Wildschweinkeule ist vielseitig einsetzbar. Kleinere Wildschweinkeulen, bis 3kg, können als Ganzes gebraten werden. Größere Frischlingskeulen sollten vom Knochen gelöst und die Teile einzeln zubereitet werden. Als Schnitzel oder Steak geschnitten eignen sie sich zum Braten und Grillen.
Wir empfehlen pro Person 250-300 Gramm Frischlingskeule.
